Refund Policy

1. General
At Soho on Miller, we aim to provide a great experience every time.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

2. Order Issues
If your order is:

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

  • Not up to standard

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

3. Refunds
Refunds may be offered in cases where:

  • The order is incorrect

  • The food is significantly below standard

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled if preparation has not yet started

  • Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled


5. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed and prepared.
